Q. I don't live in America. Can I still order from The Handy House?
A. Yes. We try to have very reasonable rates even for International shipments. We are now offering international shipping and we will use First Class International for all shipments under 4 pounds. We use UPS Ground for heavier shipments (pressure cookers, knife sets/blocks) for Canada and Puerto Rico. Heavier shipments to other countries might get too expensive, but we can look into it on an individual basis. Q. Can I order more than one thing from The Handy House and have it all shipped together for a reasonable shipping charge?
A. Absolutely. We strive to have low shipping rates. When you are buying an item from us, look for where it says "The Handy House Storefront" in bolder letters. If you click on that, you will see every single item we sell on Amazon and you can load up the cart for a reasonable shipping cost! Just keep going back to our Storefront to be sure you are buying from The Handy House.

Q. Can you ship my order to my office or business address?
A. Sure. If you would like that, please send an immediate e-mail directly to us at Ruthy@TheHandyHouse.com or call us right after you place your order (888-882-1963 EST) so we know to deliver it there. Know that it is possible for us not to get notification before we ship it out, though. We tend to ship very quickly!

Q. Can I call and talk to someone at The Handy House?
A. Yes. Call either 888-882-1963 and we will be glad to answer your questions. Since we are not a large company, it is not always possible to tend the phones. Please leave a message and we'll phone you back. And remember, e-mailing us at Ruthy@TheHandyHouse is often faster.

Q. I am buying items from The Handy House and I want you to ship them to the person getting the gift and not to me. Can you do that?
A. Yes.And we'd be happy to include a little message in our cover letter from you to the recipient. Just let us know. We are happy to help.

Q. Will you ship to APO/FPO Military Addresses?
A. Yes.but you will not have the option of Standard Shipping-only Expedited Shipping. We want you to get your items quicker and not have it sit for weeks waiting for space on the plane. Expedited (Priority Mail) packages always "go first" we're told. Please see our Shipping Rates policy for more information. If in doubt, please e-mail or call us!
