Shipping Policies Help

We strive to have low shipping rates because we know no one likes to be over-charged for shipping. We have been through many, many postal increases with no increase at all of our shipping cost to you. You will also find many items that ship free!

If you have no physical mailbox or PO Box for the US Postal Service to deliver to: Please contact us so we can discuss delivery options for you before you order.

PO Boxes
If you do not have US Mail delivery to your home, please include your PO Box number. Most lighter shipments are sent through the US Mail. For shipments. It's a good idea to include both your physical address and your US Mail address if you in doubt.

APO/FPO Addresses
If you need delivery to a military address and the website does not allow it, please contact us so we can ship the item to you directly.
We will not use Standard - (Parcel Post) for delivery to APO/FPO addresses because it can take weeks and weeks for you to receive your order. Therefore, all shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be done using USPS Priority Mail (Expedited). If there is any problem, we will contact you, so please watch your e-mail. If we cannot fulfill your order with a reasonable shipping charge to you, we prefer to cancel your order, but we will try our best to serve you!

Canada - Yes - we gladly ship to Canada!
Shipping to Canada takes about 1-2 weeks. We will attach and fill out a Customs Form and if there are any customs fees, you are responsible for them. For heavier shipments over 4 pounds, we probably will use UPS and UPS will ask for the customs money from you before they will deliver it.

Europe, Asia, Australia & Other Countries
We will use First Class International as the method of delivery for shipments under 4 pounds, which usually takes 7- 20 days. Delivery time truly can vary. If you want something expedited, please contact us first and we will check into the rates. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees. We cannot predict customs delays, regulations and fees for your country.
